Field Sales Specialist - Spine Medical Device Sales

Job Description - The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support existing accounts as well as develop and execute a plan to develop new accounts and sales objectives in territory.
  • Develop product awareness, providing education to clinicians, and raise demand.
  • Work within the operating room providing technical support during cases to surgeons.
  • Develop product awareness, providing education to clinicians, and raise demand.
  • Utilize resources and develop knowledge of surgery products through technical updates, product specialists, management assistance, and clinical applications.
  • Able to comfortably call on a variety of different Medical settings to include, Physician Offices, Urgent Care Centers, Surgical Centers, Government Health Facilities, etc.
  • Annual Salary range $30-$50k, plus commission opportunities.

Job Requirements - Interested applicants must:

  • Possess the ability to manage the territory responsibilities including covering cases in hospital operating rooms.
  • Build business through developing surgeon relationships.
  • Have a 4-year college degree preferred and have demonstrated successful outside sales experience. Special consideration given to candidates with B2B sales experience.
  • Fast learner and not afraid to perform under pressure.
  • Ideal candidate has prior knowledge of spine and/or orthopedic procedures.
  • Possess a proven track record demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Be detailed orientated, focused, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Inventory Controller

This is a Permanent position for 8AM-5PM, Monday thru Friday.

  • Will be the primary person for shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain inventory control and accuracy.
  • Keep equipment organized, and ensure an efficient flow of parts and materials in and out.
  • Ship and receive inventory, including all UPS/FedEx deliveries and put into stock
  • Ensure daily deliveries are inventoried upon receipt and are verified for content and accuracy
  • Create daily inventory reports

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • College Graduate
  • Previous successful experience in inventory management, analyzing, and reporting material transactions and control
  • Trained in shipping/receiving, prepare deliveries for Fedex, or other
  • Ability to work in cross function environment
  • General knowledge of Inventory Control
  • Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 50Ibs
